I love the girl in green. (she has my intended haircut) o3o I like her pendant especially, it just grabs my eye right away. (What am I, a magpie? >>; ) -- Mmm.. Yaoi Meat....  The expressions are great in this and I like the detail in the green-haired girl's necklace. ^^ But I agree with the person critiquing, her arm definitely should be a little longer. The redhead's jawline is drawn really well.

Critiques
First of all their ears need to be a bit bigger and the shape should either be more rounded or more defined and pointed [If they were supposed to be pointed.]
The green girl's extended arm is a little bit wrong, it's a little too short. Also, you should have it bend a little to make it more casual and realistic.
Small note on the redhead's feathers, the one farther away should be behind her head for a more realistic effect. Likewise, the green haired girl's ponytail should be a tiny bit more rounded at the top.
